Hi to one and all. I have just got my first technics keyboard, the sxkn1600 and I was wondering if anyone had any styles they could send. I am still a novice when it comes to playing but I am getting there slowly so any advice on chord finding or any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

One cool thing to do is buy yourself a chord chart Poster and put it up on the wall above your keys. Nice size to read and always opened up for viewing, unlike a book.
I have the 6500 so I cant help you on the other stuff

Hi pablomb8.

Congrats withs your new KN
There is several sites around to find "chord teachers", as well as
free styles for download.
Try these links for chords: http://looknohands.com/chordhouse/ and http://www.telacommunications.com/nutshell/music/index.htm

For free styles you can try Walter's suggestion, or a websearch
at www.google.com for "technics+kn", and you will find a lot.
Remeber that your keyboard is compatible to the KN5000 patterns.
Good luck
GJ

Btw,
if you have any interest of converted styles, you'll find
a coolection at my webpages too.

Hi Paul,
Welcome to the Technics forum and congrats on getting youself a Technics keyboard. I think I have some KN5000 styles and if Gunnar says they will work in your keyboard then I believe it, and I did send two of them to you. Let me know when you get them if they work ok for sure.
I also sent you a chart circle of fifths and three pages of chords with finger positions c through b and major through minor major 7th, for both one finger or fingered chords. I expect to receive a great song from you in about 6 months or sooner. Have fun with your learning curve.
Best to you and yours from:

Just to say thank you for all your help. I need to get some new disk Bill but have downloaded the styles and will let you know if they work. One day soon I will send you my version of Spanish Eyes and the White Rose of Athens medley.
Will do a bit of Google browsing tonight to see what I can come up with.
Thank you all.
Paul

a chord finder is built into both the kn1600 and the kn6000/kn6500 so it's easy to refresh your memory on chords.
