Hello all,
Thank you all for the great leads about the composer edit.

I have a question regarding the APC when it includes the Rhythem and sound.

Ex: say I choose Tango, it will have different instruments for each variation. It is possible to assign different instrument to each variation. if so how it is done?

Thanks so much for your help,

Doron

Good morning Doron,

Some helpful advice (I hope!)

Say you start with Tango Variation 1. Make any changes you see fit using the Sound Arranger and then save it to Panel Memory (PM) 1.

Now you can change the settings (as above) as save them into PMs 2-8. When you come to record your piece you can enter the variation required by entering it into Track 6 (the control track in the sequencer).

I hope that helps. You can contact Mark & myself at mark@gosling001.wanadoo.co.uk.

Thanks mark!

When arranger is on there are three option to select from

1.Rhythm only
2.Sound and rhythm
3.Panel memory

Say I am in Sound and Rhythm mode
Arranger on
Tango was selected

When starting with variation 1 the sound is saxsofon in which the factory already assigned to the Tango. Can I change the sound assignment in the set up outlined above. if so how?

Thanks much,
Doron

Hi Doron,
Have a look at my website 'Tech Tips' Page http://mysite.freeserve.com/willumspages/index.html
You need to copy the built-in style to Composer and then you can edit the style and save it. The procedure is in Tech Tip number 9
