I'm a newcomer to this site, but it seems to be quite active if the number and length of posts is anything to go by. By way of introduction I own (and PLAY):
A KN 7000 - a MIDI converted Scandalli Super VI accordion, plus Ketron X4 expander - a 5 row Weltmeister Chromatic C System accordion - a Farfisa Super Syntaccordion comnplete with tone generator etc. I also play melodicas (and run the Yahoo Melodica Group), harmonicas, and organs. I anyone wants to discuss any of the above I am willing to participate, fitting this in between playing and teaching the above.
Greetings to all
Mike O'Regan

Welcome aboard, Mike! You will find many, many friends here on the Forum, some of us amateurs (like me ), others with tremendous musical klnowledge and skill in playing our fabulous 6000/6500 and 7000 keyboards (not to mention those folks with the older models, who are still playing great tunes along with us!). Never be embarrassed to ask questions or make comments; we are all a free-swinging group and all here to learn and share. Looking forward to your comments, suggestions, and shareware! Happy playing! (By the way, I, too, have a 7000 and will probably spend the rest of my life trying to learn all it has to offer! )

Ted

Welcome to the Technics website. We are here to share info. and enjoy others who have a Technics Keyboard.
I have a KN7000 and a Roland AT90S organ.
Both machines bring me great joy. The majestic sounds of the Theatre organ are great on both the keyboard and the organ.
Welcome again and share your knowledge with the "gang". Regards, Lloyd

Welcome Mike --
You will find that this forum is a great source of information and help. A great bunch of people who take time to try to answer your questions -- and provide lots of philosophy, some ribbing, and in general a lot of fun. How can you beat that combination?
See you around the circuit,
Walt

Welcome Mike...

Tony
A Cordovox !!...wow...have not heard of that for a while. I had one of those too.The keyboard type, not the Accordian one.I believe they were bought out by Moog years ago, and drifted into keyboard heaven . Anyhow, the Cordovox had a distinct mello sound that is hard to duplicate, even on the KN7000. See Ya
