The songs are not mixed extremely well, but never the less, they are what they are..My main goal is not for you to like the songs, but whether other sd1 owners or arranger keyboard owners think the same way.
The recordings were done using a SD1 and Zoom HDR in my basment studio.. Recorded back in 2001...
If you listen to my song "Touched"
I used a "wha guitar" on the track ..the wha guitar is just an isolated part from one style. I also kept the original drum track, but decided to record / overlay the same drum track using the vocal 2 drums substituted...
You'll hear that human sound within the song...
I also added a percussion loop from a latin style ....
So have fun listening ...
On the song Shoreline, I used a string part from a Baroque style and an acoustic guitar strum from 8 beat 4 to add a little pace to the song...
