Hi guys!
After 6 years of operating without major problems my SD1 screen went black yesterday - fortunately at home and not at the gig!
At first I noticed strange dots and signs on the screen, soon after that it became black with some white rectangles. After few such events it is now completely dead - the only thing that happens on turning on is black screen and check of floppy drive.
I will be very glad to get any suggestions from any of you of what could be wrong before I take it for repair.

This is a known "problem" as far as I remember.
Several posts about the issue here at Ketron forum.
Perform a search for screen and or display and
you'll probably fins something similiar as the links above.

My SD1 is up and running again thanks to information in this forum.
I repaired it myself. It was the loose display contacts as GJ suggested.
I feel confident about my keyboard again.
