Hello to you. I would recommened that you post your question in the Yamaha forum or the arranger keyboard forum to get answers. Unfortunately, only those who are interested in GEM or GeneralMusic brand of keyboards visit this forum. GeneralMusic is actually an itallian brand name of keyboards and other musical instruments. For example, sk880 is a an 88-key keyboard manufactured by GeneralMusic. Good luck with your quest.
