I recently bought a 2 Gig. Flash Drive and have only been able to load 634MB.

I keep getting the message:-

"Cannot copy Wispering_OTM: The directory or file cannot be created.

Is there any fix?

I have formated it ,deleted all on it,
scanned for viruses etc without joy.

You may be exceeding the directory capacity of the drive's root directory. Either long file names or a lot of files can cause the problem, or it could be a combination of the two. Subdirectories don't suffer from that limitation, so making one or more directories (folders) off the root and saving your files there *might* be the key.
