Sounded pretty good from what I could hear. It would have been much better to have recorded direct. A lot is left to your imagination here, but judging by what I have heard of the PA1X demos, I would expect it to be quite good live.

Anyone notice what I would call a lot of copy cat stuff going on here? Sounds like they are trying to copy Yamaha to me. Anybody else hear this? Not a new concept of course. It's been going on since it started in the home organ market.

Definitely Korg trying to sound like Yamaha in some areas.
The tap dance style was a poor imitation of the very good one on the Tyros 2.
The sax sound and some of the others were very tinny and weak sounding, no real depth to them and the banjo at the end
Perhaps it's the way the demo was recorded?

I have to agree that this Demo quality is very poor. In real life John Pacey shown is an excellent player and the sounds form the Korg live are equal to the best voices available. The Korg Mega type voices can all be played live unlike the Yamaha.I am a little surprised that Korg let this video be released.
I have no bitching here because I use a Yamaha.
