for power tracks, I would suggest you work your way through the tutorial. That's really the best way to learn what the program can do.
For XG works I basically worked my way through the manual to work out the functions.

What the manual doesn't tell you is that you can use psr styles in the same way as you can use xg works inbuilt styles to create songs, & how to go about it.
If that's what you're wanting to know, I'll just need to refresh my memory on the steps,
(it's been a while since I've done it) and
unfortunately I'll be away for the next few days. Happy to explain it when I get back.
