The VA7 and VA76 have very good Saxes and
Piano's.Do not forget the Folksaxes and Folk-
clarinets which were allready in the EM2000
and the G1000

Hi Folks,
For all kinds of music I prefer my VA
Roland .This instrument offers so much, every
day I see something new and try it out.

I love it! The sounds keep impressing me. I've got my VA-7 now for 3 months and still got that 'It's New' feeling a bit. I've not had a Roland instrument before, so not that much familiar with it, but I think that I already know it a bit. I love the Blowd Sax, it's better than the Super Tenor, the minor thing is that they mixed it with sustain, but Dreamer made already a point about this. Really interesting to talk with other users who also have a VA-7/VA-76.

Hi all,
The Super Tenor is actually a Blowed Tenor layered with a Tenor Sax F and with a velocity switch between the two multisamples. It's good for Rhytm and Blues, Rock and Roll, etc. Anyway, the Blowed Tenor is still my favorite (together with the Alto Sax soft and the Soprano Exp.) I am planning to sample the Blowed Tenor into my Akay 2800 and see if I can get rid of the vibrato loop. I am sorry to have to advertise myself here, but a good example of the Blowed Tenor can be heard on my website http://andrearotolo.tripod.com/dreamer/
in "Over the Rainbow". I have added a rendition of More using the Scat Swing style and I am planning to add more songs soon using typical VA7 sounds and styles.
I love this opportunity of sharing our experiences with other VA7/VA76 users.
By the way, last week I had an open air gig (barbecue party) with my friends and for the first time I had no need of external speakers. So I am glad that I picked up the VA7 over the VA76.
Best regards to y'all (sorry for my southern accent).

Hey, this reminds me of the Johnny Mercer tune "Pardon My Southern Accent":

Pardon my southern accent,
Pardon my southern drawl'
It may sound funny, ah, but honey!
I love y'all
If you don't like my accent
If you don't like my drawl,
Then just don't listen, let's start kissin
Bet you'll fall

Come on, now, let me hear you steal my stuff
When I say, "Do you love me,"
All you gotta say is "Sho 'nuff".

Pardon my southern accent,
Didn't I hear you drawl,
Were you just sighin', or replyin'
I love y'all

What is the air of that butiful tuna.
I may well learn it but perhaps Id only abuse it .
Our Cork accent in ireland is great.
I usually joke the audience with do you know that our cork singers have to avoid the song Come on over baby theres a whole lot a shakin goin on because they would say
Comere theres a paaarrte in our house tonite.
i readily accept that its a bit oppressive but i really love em all.
