Jann and I have been through this and I know it is really hard on you. Jann had a major surgery for cancer and a year of radiation at Stanford. She now has 28 years of remission PTL

Thank you for your concern and prayers.
We made it through the surgery o.k. She got out of recovery about 4:00 p.m. The outcome was as good as we could hope for at this point, although she is in some degree of pain.
There was no visible signs that the cancer had spread. The liver looked o.k.
There was a small cyst on one ovary, so they removed that also. It appeared to be just a small benign cyst.
They will test the lymph glands to see if they were affected and will know the results Tuesday.
Susan's sister is spending the night at the hospital, as I have to work.

Great news Don. Sounds like everything should be OK. Give Susan our love and I hope to get back to the sunny south and dealve into the crawdads with both of you again.

Thanks for posting so quickly after Susans operation. I am thrilled to hear a positive report and feel sure she is going to be just fine. Let her know there are a bunch or "strangers" pulling for her.

I didn't have any disbeliefs in the power of love and at the end - of God! After all such troubles you both should rest a little while.
