i am using DJX and Cakewalk pro audio 8
i can send midi data to DJX but can't record into Cakewalk. midi ports are all correct in Cakewalk. I have also installed djx instrument definitions. are there any settings i need to do on DJX ?
please help i am new to midi and DJX manual doesn't really help

The most common mistake is midi cables. Does
your midi in cable go into the midi out socket, and vice versa for the other one, as it should ? I also think you have to 'arm' the tracks in Pro Audio 8 before it will record onto those tracks. Hope this helps
