How I can choose other than those annoying GM sounds from My DJX using CUBASE VST. I canīt figure out what I should do. So I could use some help

There are actually several different ways that you can do this.

1) You can get the IDF for the DJX, which can easily be found on the internet.

2) you can look in the back of the manual and find the program change to init the voice that you are looking for, then start each desired track with the event to set the voices.

3) You can go to the menu and have the DJX send all of its performance settings to your sequencere.

Any of these will work.

I also use the 1 and only Cubase VST
Plus loads of other kit.

Or, now that I think about it, you can use the Function - Init send - transmit what the DJX current settings are to your sequencer at the beginning of the song to set up your "performance"
