Well, maybe so, but this is not the first time it happens.
You now, if repeat something long enough, you may start believe it.

All I remember is that a lot of familiar names came over from the old Technote forum, and it grew so big that you almost had to check in every day to keep up with everything. I don't remember the names of those who were already here, but I do know that a lot of the familiar names no longer appear, and that's sad. Bebop is looking for Peter Vincent, but how about Lindoz and Technicsplayer? There was so much talent in those early days.......!

You're perfectly right Bud.
But it's been a while since Technics last model came out, and most all the
subjects or topics possible are mentioned and discussed¨up and downwards
already.

However, both new (2.nd hand buyers etc.) and familiar Technics users still
can searhc the SZ forum and find a lot of help, suggestions and answers to
most of the questions they may have.
Also I tend to think that some of the "old gurus" still peak in once in a
while to see if there are something more to expand on or elaborate any more
about.

Also I guess it's possible to ask some of the members here who already have
the "How Do I Do That" books Alec (Technicsplayer) wrote if it's possible to
get a copy if nessesary.

Happy Playing & Posting.

HI GJ,

Actually the How Do I do that Extended manual is still available and we keep getting request for it. I have a few copies still available from our last printing.

Anyone can contact me at: keyboards@bellsouth.net.

Best,

Walt

WOPS,
Walt, I'm really sorry that I encourage people to ask for copies from other members, but I was quite
sure about that there was no more items of the books left in stock to buy from you.
Somehow I seem to remember it was mentioned in earlier posts that it was sold out, but when you still
have more items to sell, it's just great.

My apologies goes to Alec as well.

Cheers

Hi again,

Not a problem. We found these extras at the printer.

We also have this in an adobe version to email, however it can not be printed out due to copyright restrictions.

You know the battery commercial it's keeps going and going? It seems like this extended manual continues to be used by 2nd and 3rd purchasers of pre-owned Technics.

We have sold several on ebay over the last few months. Alec's book has been sold to almost every free country that I can think of by my previous publishing outlet Keynote Publications. Yes ---

-Those were the days my friend I thought they never end --

Best

Walt

Hi Folks,
News for you, here in England the Technote and Technics software is now on sale again from Strawberry Music Ltd. Neil Blake has now obtained the commercial rights to the software, he is very strict as to copies of the software being sold, and has been successful in the courts. However he has a good supply with additional software from his other company Neil Blake, Styledisc Warehouse.
Best regards John.

WELL, GEE!!! ALL BUT THE HOUND DOGS NIPPING AT YOUR BUTTS!!! This is so typical of why I left the forum. A question is asked and attacks immediately take place for the member asking a question. I must admit that Bebop’s ego is still alive and well and working 24 hours a day but he did ask whatever happened to Peter Vincent. No one seems to be the least bit interested and more interested in being technical as to who started the forum. I have been a long time member of BOTH forums. Quite frankly, I can’t remember why I switched to the Synth Zone. And yes, I do peek in once in awhile for a laugh. You guys across the pond be careful eating too much fish and chips off newspaper. The ink is poisonous and will effect your brains.

Scott, what part of your post make your comment any better than others? Maybe it's you who's been eating food
off newspapers, and speak out because of self experienced ink poison?
Peter V is mentioned in capital letters in the heading of this tread, so if anyone knew, they would most likely
reply, don't you think?
The rest is a long story, and if you've been peekin' in as frequently through the years as you say, you would
know, wouldn't you.
Btw, thank you, today you was the one who gave me a big laugh!

Gunnar Jonny, Johnny Gunnar, GJ... I have always been confused by who you are. Anyone who has to use a lot of emoticons with poor English is to be pitied. My best to you. Keep on keeping on.
