Hi folks,
Please can anybody help with SD Jukebox ver:- 2.4. I have updated my PC. to a AMD6000+ Dual processor and when I tried to reload Jukebox I received the message " this program may not work correctly with this CPU set up" and I note that Audio Recorder does not work no matter how I load the drivers.
HELP!!!!!!
Regards John.

Hi John,

You don't say which operating system you are using. I have an AMD64+ Dual processor PC, but still using Windows XP 32 and all of the Technics software (Jukebox 2.4, Song Manager, and Audio Recorder) work fine. I haven't tried XP 64, but did run into problems with Vista on the laptop. If you are not running XP 32, I suggest you right click on the Jukebox icon, select Properties, and, under Compatibility, select Windows XP 32 and see if this will fix the problem.

Hi Len, thank you I have now got Jukebox working. Have found that on Panasonic club sit that you should not use any SD card larger than 1Gig with any form of jukebox ver:-3 or below. However the web site at Panasonic support is now closed for all SD Jukebox support even ver:-6 which appears to have only been on sale in Japan. Unless somebody knows better out there!!!!!!
Best Regards John.
