Just finally had to upgrade to Windows XP from Win2K seems like Audio Recorder does not work. I have connection with the KN7000 because I get Windows sounds like opening files etc However when I try to start Audio Recorder for a new recording message says not connected. Anybody familiar with this issue?

Hi Marty,
It's very important to carefully follow the installation procedure for the USB drivers.
You can download the procedure from my website Tech Tips page : http://www.willumspages.co.uk/page10.html Tip #1

Hi Marty, have you also upgraded you PC to a much faster one, as I have problems with a duel chip 6000+ AMD, which does not want to play ball even when I use Alex's instructions in his book.
Regards John.
