HI FRED,
You surely have climbed a steep and exciting learning curve for a dude that is now 70 or 71. It is amazing isn't it what you can still learn and begin to do, not to mention all the fun of it too.
I find myself like you in a constant learning curve on a daily basis. Our age may be against us but with tenacity and endurance we keep on keeping on.
It is really a joy to me to have so many older people here in the forum teaching each other, that we might all benefit from each others experiences.
I too extend my thanks to all those that make a great effort to teach all our members everything it is helpful for them to know. We also must remember to give NIGEL the credit for letting us have this forum and the freedom of expression we have here.
I must say that Nigel has never told me what I can or can not say or do here and so this in and of itself is a learning curve for me.
Fred you are an inspiration to us all. Keep on Keeping ON!
Best to you and all our new members. Thank you for becoming part of our big family of Technicies
Anyone that wants to share files can do so by emailing them to Cee's as Technics files, Larry as WMA files, or me as Technics Files. We all three have our requirements for doing this so email us first and get on an approved list for file sharing. You can email the person making a post by clicking on the icon at the top of their post.

Hi Bebop,
Thank you for your reply.
Yes it has been an exciting year for me.
I bought the KN7000 in march 2003 and joined
the Forum to learn about the workings of the KN7000,
which I did, and much more. I found the questions I would
have asked, were being asked and answered before my very eyes,
and all I had to do was watch this space.
I joined your music lists and made contact with a lot of nice
members. I kept a list of the jokes you sent me, and made
good use of them over the Christmas Holiday
.
I forgot to mention, with your prompting, loading photos
into the KN7000 with a backing tune and
sending it to you for your list { I have no idea how I did it }

I agree with you Bebop that I need to thank NIGEL.
Thank you Nigel for providing the means, for me to obtain
the knowledge, to expand my love of playing the Keyboard,
with like minded people around the world, you have added
to my quality of life.

Keep up your good work Nigel, Bebop, and all members
who contribute to the Forum, with out knowing it,
you may be adding to some old dude’s learning experience.
[ who said you can’t teach old dogs new tricks]
Best wishes Bebop,
Fred UK

You can, if you wish, thank Nigel by clicking on the Paypal Icon and sending him a small amount of money.

Thanks for the reminder Don.
I was one of the first to send a pay pal contribution from the GA forum in fact and then insisted that Nigel also put a pay pal icon on our Technics Forum where many have contributed
