Hi folks,Having problem with Jukebox, my computer crashed and scrapped my hard drive so I have had to reinstall my software onto a new drive, but this time I start to install Jukebox and it asks for the serial no I get a message saying Invalid serial No. has anybody had the same problem when reinstlling?????

You are not alone with that problem. The serial number it asks for is on the case the CD was enclosed in. Its been awhile and I may be wrong however if it does not work a search of the forum will bring up the answer as it was discussed some time ago.

Thanks and more thnks,just tried it and guess what it works, silly old me. Have now made a note of the number on the front of the CD so I won't forget infuture. I was using the one on the box Wrong!!
