Please forgive me, and I know some have said that this topic has been discussed in previous posts --- but –
I have a Logitech Z2300 added to my KN7000 and I have never been so pleased with a keyboard sound. To my ears it adds warmth to an already great sound, I love it.

Have any of you tried using a Logitech Z2300. I tried the Logitech Z5500, although it has more power and speakers it was not as good as the Z2300.

I add the sub and just a touch of the satellites. I know of no other system at this price that can come close to what I have.
The price:
Local store, $149
Internet, $99
On sale on the internet (Amazon) $69.

When I have something that I feel is really good (To my ears) – and even though it has been discussed before -- I have to share it. Ya know when ya love something -- ya love something.

I still have my Z2200, which is even better than the Z2300, besides my Z5500. Like you say, for the money, it can't be beat.

Okay players..... just what are these "Z" items you are raving about?

Like what is their function? How big/heavy are they? Where do they "plug in" to the 7K? Do they also work on other KN's? Other KB's?

I have had my Logitech Z-2300 for 2 years now and I'm very pleased with the output when connected to my KN7000. I bought them from More Computers - www.morecomputers.co.uk

Hi Elizabeth
I was equally non-plussed and found on Google that they were speakers - John and Bernie speak in code most of the time....its all a big test to see if we are listening.
I think you plug 'em in the back somewhere, and the speakers too....

OK, Look out Roger--- I may have to come to England to settle this. (Grin)

Logitech X23000 Made to be used with computers.
1-Two satellite speakers – small, about 5” tall.
2-One sub 8”
3-One control unit – Master volume and a bass volume (Sub)

Right and Left main outputs of the keyboard into a stereo 1/8” connection of the X2300.
I would guess you could cover a small room with 50 people without a problem – or you might just add a nice boost to your KN7000 at home.
I found that almost any amplifier I added to the KN7 seemed to change the quality of the keyboard. The amps seemed to have a sound quality of their own. The X2300 does an acceptable job.
