Hello all,

I have a Tyros 2 and I'm looking for the best way to amplify the wonderful sampled instruments.

Currently, I have a Yamaha Disklavier C3 player piano. So I'm all set with piano sample

What I'm looking for is the BEST way to amplify the Tyros2?

Should I go with an utlimate amp and ulitmate speakers?

Or should I go with a speaker/amp combo?

I realize tha the speaker/amp combo is ideal for portability with the Tyros2.

But since my accoustic piano is not portable... I'm looking for ultimate sound with out overpowering the acoustic piano itself.

Like ya'll... I've downloaded hundreds of midi files... I love the classical pieces....

So within reasonable a price range... how should I proceed?

Budget... is say $2000 ...

Thanks....
d

I am pleased to see another classical fan.

Do you have any classical type styles.

Hey Cousin,

Since I'm a trombone player from years past. I love the classical style that has lots of horns and big energy stuff.... of course throw in your strings and the specialty woodwinds (oboe, etc.)

Recently I've been creating my own midi mixes with some Beethoven. Gotta love Beethoven!

Have you ever listened to the sound track from the orginal Pirates of the Carribean? By Klaus Badelt. That CD is in my truck stereo and I can't take it out. It just rocks with brass beauty!
