Help---aaah--

When you select a style, the music style arranger will set up many different areas including the PADS. That's good, nice.

1-I copy or create a style in the composer in section A.
2-Panel memory is put in expanded mode.
3-Select and store a set up for each variation. In this selecting and storing procedure I make sure to enclude the PAD group I want, and then I save this info to panel memory "A".
4-Test: I play though all the vaiations, check for the correct PADS, all OK.
5-Press menu--press composer--press custom copy.
6-Copy memory bank A to the custom area.

When I select the style from the custom section, all works well--except the pads.

I can not get the custom styles to remember the PADS I have chosen.

it sounds like you have different preset pad banks saved in the same panel memory banks. If the same preset pad bank is saved throughout the panel memory bank it comes out ok. Alternatively copy the preset pads to the user pads and point the panel memories there.
