Hi; The national parts depot is in my area. The number is: 1 800 833 9626 (Pacific time) and they should be able to ship you the keys you need. I don't have any information on the KN3000, but the part numbers for the KN5000, I think they are the same, are F key STBG1101A, G key STBG1131A and A key STBG1141A.
