If you are referring to the USB drivers to enable your PC to communicate with your KN2400, then you can download them from my website.
http://www.willumspages.co.uk/page10.html All the files in this download were included in the original 'Applications and Drivers' CD, which was delivered with KN7000/2400/2600. Just download Tip #15, unzip to a Temporary Folder and burn all the files to a CD. Also included are the 'Song Manager' and 'Panasonic Audio Recorder' programs.
There is also a complete Installation procedure document on the Tech Tips page - Tip #1 for XP and Tip #2 for Win98SE.
It is very important that you follow the procedure carefully, to produce a successful installation.
