Hi Bill,

Thanks for linking that YouTube demo by Leigh Wilbraham. It made me chuckle. I think this was a joke by Yamaha Engineers to showcase how their flagship arranger Genos2 can be made to emulate the sounds and styles of the Yamaha PS-30 Portasound released in 1981.

It would be a waste of time to install this expansion pack.

However, it brings back nostalgic memories. I was so delighted when I first purchased the Casio PT-8, followed by the Casiotone MT-70 and Casiotone CT-202. I had hours and hours of fun.

People would laugh at these toys today. They set the stage for modern arrangers.

Those were the days!

Bit early for April 1st, isn't it? 🤣

Maybe in Japan, St. Patrick's and April Fools Day get confused? I would certainly need a couple of gallons of Guinness before I'd play these! 🍀🍀🍀
