on this day, at 11 a.m. I married Carol. Yep, 61 years of nuptial bliss! Ha! The main reason I have been married this long is I still do the cooking, most of the cleaning, take care of the cat, and now I take care of many of her medical needs that resulted from a minor stroke 3 years ago. Tomorrow, our adult children are coming here and I am grilling them Wagu Kobe filet mignon for our anniversary dinner celebration. And, my son will be helping me do the deep epoxy pour on the dining room table project that I have been working on for the past 4 months. Gotta get this done before I take the dirt nap,

You've been bragging about a dirt nap for quite a while now. I'm not so sure that this will happen anytime soon. You are a tough old fart that does not let go easily.

Thanks everyone, for the well wishes. The kids should arrive in the next hour and I will be firing up the charcoal grill and grilling those steaks for everyone.
