Can somebody help? We've lost the C4 key on the 'board. It might just be dirt between the key and the contact. According to a friend of Mark it is possible to clean this without taking it to a dealer and recommends a man called Alec Beguinni(?). If anyone can supply his address we'll be off to PC World for a can of compressed air...

had this happen to my 6000 once, what i did slid a piece of computer paper gentely inching it up that key back and forth several times, i guess it hit that litle rubber dingy under that key and it was ok after that; be carefull so , dont force nothing, if this dont work i guess it has to be opened up and clean the strip underneath the keys, good luck, BENNO
