I quess I am getting senile. It has been a while since I tried to set up my board as a master to a slave computer(Muse Receptor). I have a wonderful B4II program, and my top controller kb handles the top manual without a hitch. I want the KN7000 simply to play the bottom manual. For the life of me, I can't get the configuration so I can send a simple note on request.

I have the channels right(1). The template is master to a module. Switch is on midi. My cable is fine. Midi out from KN to midi in of Receptor.

How hard can it be ?

If I get it speaking to Receptor, is the KN capable of CC,NRPN,LB etc ?

Do you mean how is it working, or how did I get it to work ?

I plugged it in , set it to master, local off,used the sequencer template.

It works for note on/off, but that's all. I have to use controllers for what I need.

I use the KN7000 on the bottom, and controller keyboard on top. Software just cannot hold a candle to the KN styles.
