I called Gary Diamond yesterday, and could barely make out what he was saying. He said he was in a great deal of pain. Lets all hope he gets some well deserved relief soon.

I'm not at Facebookm but I sure miss the good old days and quite a lot of the old members here at SZ.
Years has passed by, and it looks like The Times They Are A-Changin'.....

Btw, I could see both Gary and Don post at PSR forum once in a while, in fact not so very long ago.
If anybody get in touch with them, please pass on my get well wishes and hope for speedy recovery.

Yes, what they have done for this forum is really incalculable. All the best to both.

My best wishes to them both...each has contributed greatly to my learning arranger technique that compliments the vocalist...very handy stuff indeed.

It's so sad to hear about Gary and Don, having had a relationship with both of them for so many years, they feel like family. Both have been very supportive and helpful with my transition to keeping SZ up and running. Sending positives and strength to both of them.

Russ, thanks for the update. You might be the most caring geezer I have ever known. We need more like you in todays world.

On occasion I use to get surprise phone calls from Gary. We would either talk Keyboards, Navy, or just BS. It was always interesting. Have not heard from him in quite awhile. Don't know if I should call him, but if he's reading this, just know we love ya man

And Don, you are one amazing guy who was also very helpful to me in arranger tips and tricks. Don, along with Gary (and others) were very supportive when I went through heart surgery 2 1/2 years ago.
I shall never forget that.

Hope you both find a way to recover and live a little longer, you deserve it. We miss you guys.
