It works a lot faster than the old site , thats one thing improved

here is a list from free files downloaded from USA site, i live in UK but was able to download all free files. I logged on with my e-mail and password as normal to access the files from my library account

I have not changed anything and have not tried anything on my GENOS yet.

Notice the dates on the files

From the uk still getting directed to the us site. No mention of which pack is compatible with which Tyros etc.

I just got on the site, all the premium packs and exp packs show a price of $0.00

When download packs, it's several files in each zip, not for all, but for most models.
Some are named at the downloadpage, others you hav to look into the downloaded zip and use the one that fits your keyboard.

Thank you, it’s a little misleading

I tried to download one pack which I had in my "wish list" for a while. I was able to complete the order for $0.00. However, I haven't yet received an email with a link to actually download the content. So far it's a bust for me. Waiting...

They really screwed it up did they?

Sign in to your account, go to your page, at left side choose my library and download from there. (right side of the items titles).
If order is 'pending', just wait until it's completed.
