Gerry although a very sad situation....at least your keeping busy with your arranger kb and making changes which is always good. Setting up for gigs shouldn't be a burden it's just part of the profession we have chosen.
In this game you gotta LOVE it or it becomes a job..
and then it's time to quit. Remember playing music for people is a gift and you should always cherish & embrace it,
especially when you compare it to other worser occupations..

For the past four weeks I have played three or four nights a week at regular venue. Loving SD7 so far. Gotta be there in 30 minutes. Next Saturday have an afternoon "wake" from 3 to 5, then regular job.
