Richard and Jerry Lee were pioneers in R&R along with Elvis. They all brought showmansip to the forefront. Both could have been more famous as Elvis was if not for different circumstances of the time. RIP

.... or, if they had been as good looking or sing as well as Elvis. No disrespect to the others, but C'mon - Elvis was Jimi Hendrix to heart throbs.
Yea your right Elvis could sing better and was better looking but these guys had more R&R energy. Never and Elvis fan so I am off the mark on that one. Used to love Little Richard when he appeared on TV back in the day.

Kidding aside, I heard that Tutti Fruity originally had the lyric "good booty" but got censored to Aw, Rudy ... Times were different then. just ask any rapper.

A total legend in music history. And so many musicians drew on his performances. Music wouldn't have been the same without him. RIP Little Richard we will never forget you.

That was great, neve saw it before. He was one of a kind. I'm glad Little Richard is in the R&R Hall of Fame and got other major awards.
