One of the few questions I forgot about on the SD7
was assigning a Rotor ON/Off Leslie effect to the organ
joystick, after talking with Prince AJ & today watching his
Ketron seminar online of which he also answered my
question and showed it demonstrated in the video demo
it all came back to me. Here is a short demo
of how the Rotary Organ fx sounds in action on the
SD7 Tone-wheel Organ sound after I assigned it to joystick.

If you missed the Ketron workshop here it is ..

I watched the Live video of him using a foot pedal to control the rotary, or using key touch to also trigger rotary on/off. Missed the part of him assigning that to the joystick. Cool to have all those options.

Are there rotary speed choices?

SD7 still needs work... Not acceptable to me.. I want to hear the rotary vamping down, and speeding up to fast.. Not sure if the parameters are available.. And on/off is a necessity.

I would like to hear a more dramatic change in slow/fast.

If I recall there were limitations on Yamaha too.

If you are not a die hard Hammond player, it won't make any difference to the player.

Chas would not like it smile

I am not a die hard Hammond player, and I don't like it.
Not talking about the organ sounds, just the rotary sounds.

BK9 players can verify what I am saying smile

Here is an example on the lowly Juno G at 6:10 mark.

PS: what difference does it make which G70 illustrated the Leslie on/off? smile

Donny every video I posted showed on/off and also slow/ fast..

If you can't hear the difference, don't worry about it.. The SD7 is the best keyboard you owned in the last 10 years.
