Especially being in KY at the time those songs fit the era and area. Fogerty was the heart of the band and its a shame jealousy from the other members crept in and ruined it. He wrote the songs, played lead and did all the singing. I tried my hand at it but the vocal range is simply too wide for me to do any justice to the song. Shame really cause I like his songs a lot...
