I'm not on anyone's payroll, and I can say with great confidence - the EA7 does NOT compare favorably with the PA4x. It's more than a few steps behind in almost all areas I tested. Don't get me wrong - I like it for what it IS, but if it didn't have speakers - I wouldn't have one.

Danny, I'm in NO WAY excited to sell it. It's just that I like to stay current, and these will be available for a while still, so while I'm doing something else (mostly guitar, and woodwinds for the next few months) I figured I'd offer up a nice deal for someone. I absolutely fine keeping it in the studio ... in fact I really like what it brings to the sonic footprint I have in there, I'm not actively pursuing a sale. If it sells - fine. If not - fine. 'sall gud

Like when Jim was hot dogging it in a very loud manner when you were teaching a class. You even got a bit riled, which is unusual for you. Poor Jim RIP.

My Jupiter 80 keeps amazing me every day.. Its just an incredible keyboard.. All Roland needs to do is add the ea7 on top of the Jupiter 80
The jupiter 80 as some might know only contains the Roland super natural sounds.. However it has 2500+ sounds onboard created with those supernaturalls
Compared to my Genos SA2 sounds, which is pretty much the same tech as the Roland SNA sounds, The Genos sounds more realistic... but the Roland plays more like real instruments.. Its an extraordinary experience, just try play a guitar or a violin..
