Dnj Senior Member Registered: 09/21/00 Posts: 43707	Just got a message from a musician friend for a SX series soft case recommendation.... Best soft case for SX900/700 and why no wheels? ytlevine Member Registered: 02/27/08 Posts: 132	Anyone used both the Gator GK-61 and the G-PG-61 that Dave mentioned? Obviously one has wheels and one doesn't, and there's that weight difference as a result, but not sure which one is a better bag... Thanks!

It's starting to break down - problem with the main zipper ... not sure what I should replace it with when the time comes ... _________________________ t.

The zipper is starting to pull out at one corner,not splitting apart though. I suspect the repeated stress of putting it on end to carry it. I have had it for years and can't complain. I have the zipper problem on my gator 76 case also there should be a way to fix zippers on these things or maybe design with out a zipper with latch downs like a flight case?

Beakybird Senior Member Registered: 01/27/01 Posts: 2227	The Gator G-PG 61 is the ultimate soft case, and the zipper is high quality. Since the case is semi rigid, there's less possibility of the zipper getting damaged. My SX900 fits nicely.
