Very nice great job but it sonds like a lot of work transferring to the EA7. Why not record the G70 ?

Bill I will answer your question here (wrong post) smile

The transferring of the finished seq from the G70 is no effort (via USB or Floppy disk to the PC and transfer to the E-A7 thumb drive.

This allows me to use the on board wave recorder .
Where as with the G70 I need to connect to my digital recorder (Tascam DR-07).

BTW: you know folks complained about the BK9 not really a top of the line(compared to the G70). But it was the current best offering from Roland... and guess what the E-A7 is the current best offering from Roland grin

As for not being full size keys.. the difference between the BK9 and E-A7 is about a quarter inch.. mostly because the E-A7 housing shrouds the keys, where the BK9 is more exposed.

Both models would be more desirable if they shared the same features..

You don't even want to look at the price tag from 20 feet away!

Pop over to his You Tube channel here and you will find a boatload of videos that he has posted over the years.

The organ is the Atlantis which came out around 1989, however this also has the Livestyle, Golden Gate & OX7 updates fitted with the last one fitted about 1997 just before the range was discontinued.

He has pretty much all the old Wersi organs going, which is why most of his videos are on older models.

The cheapest 2 manuals are arrangers with additional keyboards and pedals added like TRX System https://www.musicland.co.uk/shop/trx-organ-systems-1/ full 2 manual organs start from around £8500 https://www.allensmusiccentre.co.uk/organs/ringway/rs800.html most organs that are purchased are in the £10,000 to 20,000 range, with the main ones being Bohm https://www.keyswerk.de/index.php?a=instrumente and Wersi http://www.wersi.net/ the cheapest 3 manual is probably the Bohm SE60 which costs from around £18,500.

There are also plenty of used models available from various manufactures.

„This old house“ was covered by Shakin‘ Stevens in the 1980s and therefore quite popular in Europe, in the 1950s there was even a German version called „Das alte Haus von Rockie Dockie“, my parents still have the 78 record somewhere in the basement.

Bohm is even more expensive then Wersi..

And Wersi has finally nailed support for both vst as well as Yamaha styles up and including the Genos format...

Bohm altough has a mobile version of their organ..

If they would sell a Wersi witouth bass pedals, i would certainly be interested.

Flexibility, it is also common in the church, Classic & Theatre organ world where even more manuals are common. (You will also find multiple toe pistons and swell/Expression pedals)
