Yamaha sent me a proto version of the PSR-SX700 yesterday. I gotta say wow.

Keys feel great, speaker system sounds very good, crisp, decent low end.

Button layout is a bit much, seems like they are sticking them everywhere, since the assignable set of the Genos is not there.

Overall its a pretty amazing sounding instrument for that price

Alright Frank, glad to see you posting your thoughts. I’ll be interested in reading what you have to say about the 900. I see a field trip to your store, it’s been a while since I’ve been there.
