When we were in the UK in July, I saw flyers for keyboard clubs that brought in pro keyboardist every month for performances. That’s pretty neat. There’s nothing like that in the States as far as I know.

In the states, they say "what's a Genos?" Amazing the difference in attitude toward arrangers.
