Hi Fellas,
My group wants to play a job outdoors, the beginning of august. How hot would it have to be before you refuse to take the keyboard outside? Also, doesn't the liquid in the touch screen get affected?
Thanks Frank

I wouldn't play in direct sunlight ever....stipulate that in the contract.
otherwise you shouldn't have a problem if your under a cover
bring a large fan also.

I used my Kn2000 at an outdoor party; there was no cover, I played in direct sunlight. Could not read what was on the keyboard screen. The keyboard stopped; I could not get to work. Never happened again.
Donny’s advice is right on.

I was playing a pool party with my band; my bass player was singing – he was a clown. He jumped into the pool, when he came out of the pool, he touched the mic. He never did that again.
