My dream job !!! You can tell he's no new comer and has been doing thaose songs for years.
I wonder why he uses two keyboards. I'm sure he could do splits for LH Bass on one of them ? It would seem to be much more comfortable.

Neat, but one keyboard too many, IMO.

Fran, nice find. I tuned many pianos in N. H. I was fortunate to get to see some of these players having one great time.

The truth is no matter capable we are in entertaining these people and helping them to have a good time; their best time is when they create the music themselves.

I guess there a little bit of ham in all of us. (smile)

Most working pros in these venues don't need charts
at all just play and sing night after night! keys

Thinking the same, Don. Good vocals, though.

Bass is only from left hand bass.. Pedals are drum instruments.. Very simple drums..

That's what I saw too. He's playing drums with his feet. each pedal is a different drum.

Don't be mislead Don I will always have a place in my heart for arranger KB's and still do,..for certain things they just can't be beat. But, way before arrangers wee even thought of I played keys for many years with bands. The single OMB act was the need for the backing tracks all custom made and multitracked on a KORG M1 to SMF,...but as arrangers progressed in quality needs did change for other uses and the AKG metamorphosis evolved into what it is today.
I leave an open mind to my music and singing to keep it fresh. Boredom does play a part to some of it to a degree, the repetitiousness, etc, etc,..
There is no "Other Side" or do I care how it's done by anyone else......just wanna close my eyes and hear great music. headphone
enjoy your day......boy this Pizza is good Yummmmy ...
