John, don't be afraid of a pacemaker ... I had one put in last May ... I have to say that it is probably the easiest of all heart treatments ...

Flu seems to be gone, but pneumonia isn't. Went back to Dr. today and got another round of antibiotics and some more cough syrup. He said my lungs sounded much better, but it might take a few more days to clear up.

Since you didn't mention your recovery from the cataract surgery... I'm assuming your vision is back to 20-20. Thanks for the update and I hope you are up and about soon. As a group of people who post stuff... (most of it Arranger KB oriented) we seem to be falling apart at the seams. I guess it comes with the territory we've collectively entered.

My energy is diminished to a point I have not started so much as a lyric for a new song in a couple of days. I'm using my Inversion Table (my wife calls it a "Teeter-Totter") at least twice a day and it does seem to relieve the pressure on the nerve bundles between the spine's joints. I'm still not confident enough to hang vertical but hope to reach that stage soon.

Without our health... we are poor folks indeed!
