Got a gig Monday.

After playing that PX560 for two weeks...wish my Genos had the keybed and keyaction of my PX560.

I’m reminded though what a great setup my Genos has for gigging.

😊

No shame in trying.....
PX560 two weeks should be returnable with little penalty?

good luck

I’ll keep the 560. I really like it and I’m trying to learn some basic piano. Also, if I stumble across some extra $$$, I might try a module with it.

😊

For some it's the never ending search for nirvana ...
Some others find something they like that works for THEM and stay with it ... At least for more than a month ! . laugh2

There is quite a lot of people these days, that prefer 88 hammer action on arrangers above semi weighted synth action..

Maybe some day, the developers will listen...

If you can convince the home players that 88 hammer actions are better than semi-weighted, (Which is highly unlikely) then manufactures will respond, but otherwise there is virtually no chance.

Guitpic1 I hear you.

My two pennies worth. This past week I fired up my Clavinova CVP307 to work on some piano stuff for the weekly piano gig I play in the lobby of a Florida Cancer Center come this winter. Gotta say the piano keybed action can’t be beat in my opinion. I can play solo piano music on the Genos but there is nothing like the expression a pianist can get on the real deal.

I’d be happy with piano action and 73 Keys. I haven’t figured out how to use 88 keys when in arranger mode.

That said, I’m guessing my Genos will be my gig partner for as long as I’m gigging.

Did ann outdoor gig today and was thinking the same thing. Love, the BK9 for what it does but wishing the keyboard had more feel. But that would mean more weight so "never mind"
BTW the Eons were just great and made it so easy to sing expressively wwith their clarity. Really love that PA.
