I just bought a new roland ba330 to use for house parties and nursing home gigs. I wanted stereo and although I have 2 bose compacts and a stagepas 500 I need a no muss no fuss small all in one unit amp. I don't care about battery power because if the electric goes out so does my keyboard however, I could play tracks form my ipad and sing to them but that's not my big thing. I will post a review after it comes today and I get a chance to try it.

THAT'S WHAT I PLAN TO DO. I will put batteries in it in case of power failure but will use it on AC most of the time. Also I heard it can get really loud if you use a mixer first then plug the mixer into to 330. I'm going to play around with it today and explore all possible connections.

A few of us have tried that amp. Interesed to see how it works out for you. Adding an additional mixer seems like extra stuff you don't need to carry since it already has a very versitile mixer built in. One if the strong points of the unit.
Good luck with it.

sent it back already. If I sing it turns the keyboard down aka
the limiter kicks in. if I just play all is well but tone is not to my liking. Tried every setting I could think of and was not happy with anything. Hard to beat korg pa1000 speakers, this did not even come close so i boxed it back up after 3 long hours and
it is waiting for the ups truck. I'll stick with my bose and just not use extentions if I need a little help in small gigs.

Mel I understand I had similar issues when playing & singing full bore...it's a nice concept but not for a Power Single.

No surprise. I boxed mine up for return after 1 hour. Great concept but no power. As I've said before if Roland would put a decent amp in one and forget the battery stuff I'd be all over one or two.
