Dave smiths latest creation...

A synth combining sampling with virtual analogue and real analogue...

And it comes with a whopping 150 GB of build in samples
And 50 GB user samples...

Which tells me all those other companies selling sample based instruments have been toying with us telling you cn not have more then a few GB of samples..

And the samples are of the highest possible quallity comming from 8dio..

The sample sizes are really extremely impressive. But consider that it is only 2 part multitimbral and 8/16-voice polyphonic.

Yes, but thats not because the limitations of the sample player, but because of the limmitations of the analogue filter.. in an analogue filter, each note played gets its own filter, or 2 filters in case of a stereo sound...

Using todays technollogy to kill nearly all sample size limitations in a hardware instrument is a huge step..
