I thought it might just be the case that a few fellow members are quite happy with the machines they have as opposed to those europhic (possibly spelt incorrectly) for change!!!!
Are there any other members still playing a KN920 or am I all alone?

Hi,

Interesting. I, like you, had a KN920 and thought it was a fine instrument. I still feel that way. However, I exchanged it for a KN6000 simply because I felt the 6000 offered features, styles, and voices that are superior to those in the KN920 in terms of variety and quality. I will not be buying a KN7000 because I feel the differences between it and the KN6000 are not sufficiently great to warrant me exchanging again. Others feel differently and have the KN7000. I'm sure it will give those folks all the pleasure they seek. I will wait until further advances in keyboard technology are incorporated in the next generation of Technics boards - perhaps a KN8000 or subsequent? I hope you continue to enjoy your KN920. I certainly enjoyed mine, but have to say I am able to do more and enjoy more with my KN6000.

Happy playing!

Sincerely, Chuck
