Here is something I never knew about pa series korgs. when you on the style screen on my 1000, on the bottom there are tiles for sets. volume.
pads ect. If you push the volume tab, on the left bottom of the screen there is a play-mute button for drums bass and accoum. If you mite the accompanyment button your keyboard will mute everything below the splitpoint except drums and bass. You can play for instance a verse then when you get to the chores hit the button again and the full accomp. comes in. Very handy and very easy. The bass plays the same patter and notes as the style. great for people who can't play let hand bass.

Hi, lots of hidden gems in a korg. It was 10 years before I discovered I could change drum type volumes, Always there, just didn’t see it. Haha

I discover something new on the Korg just about every time I spend some time with it, which is pretty often!

Yes, my Pa900 has the same feature ... I can mute drums/percussion, and/or bass, and/or accomp, ... of course if I mute all 3 nothing is playing ...

The 'mute accomp' feature can also be assigned to one of the 'Assign Switches'

And offcourse you can use KAOS to mute tracks from right (acc5) to left (drums) which is also a very nice feature.. actually there is 12 traks as you can also mute the multipads.
