Very nice sound! You have that 1000 sounding great. Your voice is clear and always on key.
I like Something Stupid a lot. You must too because you duplicated the link! smile

Yes, the option was closed for a long time due to some happenings in past, but opened for edit again not too long ago.
But I also seem to remember it is just for a period after you've published a post, but for how many hours or what period the edit button is active, I don't remember.
However, the button is not visible until you have clicked 'submit' and then go back to your post again.

Edit: Put in picture illustration edit:

I think I past the edit period as I can't see edit button. No biggie, I just need to remove the double link.

Yes, friends I'm enjoying the PA1000, it's very rich in features. I just wish it also comes in module version like the SD40 so I can take it when travelling overseas.

Friends, with all your knowledges that you impart on this great forum, I've learned and continue to learn.

Thank you all for your encouragements.

Edit is still available on a post I made two days ago. Open the first post and look at the bottom by "Reply". Should be there.

Great, I did able to change the double linked song and replaced with a new one.

Thanks a lot Don, I hope you're on the way to full recovery now.

Hi Jim.....I listened to every one one of your recordings, but it was a few weeks ago. I was very impressed with what you produced here. Sorry I don't remember all the positive thoughts I had at the time.

But your "Somethin' Stupid" made me sit up and take notice because that is a song I also wanted to do (as a duo) if I ever bought another vocoder. Also wondering how you pulled that out of the bag. I never hear it played anymore, but it's a great song and SHOULD be played more often........just made for a vocoder arrangement.

Now I DO recall the "female" voice sounded really authentic from what I could make of it. Do you think "she" could do it on her own (sing a solo from a man's voice input) using that Helicon?

Going back to your recordings......just plain very well done. I wish I had time to sit and listen to them again but I will listen to Somethin' Stupid......I love that song. I do it as a Bossa Nova.

Mark

Jim,

for someone always extolling the virtues of Korg arrangers I realize I am somewhat late with my compliments but they are no less sincere. Listening to your recordings one is tempted to buy the PA1000 for the vocaliser only ( haha)....Seriously though a lovely bunch of recordings with supreme use of the vocaliser and overall great sounds. Chapeau !!!

regards,
John

Funny you say that - I use the PA900 as my vocal processor, harmonizer, monitor speakers, and DJ jukebox. Oh yeah ... and I also play the keys on it.
lol
The 900 is essential to my sound as a singer, and the rest is all fluff. I even use it when I'm doing a guitar single.

Hi - great recordings/performances! Nice sounds, nicely played, great vocals ... was the female vocal the TC Helicon, or a real female (I really can't tell!) Nice smooth performances!
