Thomann europes biggest online service for musical instruments dropped their genos price from €4600 to €4165.

I informed at 2 local music dealers, and you can even buy the Genos there (unadvertised) for just under €4000.

I am glad to see this proves my poimt again, that buying at release is not the smartest thing to do...i sill stick to my 6 months rule..

Price dropped here as well, and are now closer to PA4X-76 and a lot LOWER priced than SD9 that now are even higher priced than Genos at first.
Got a fair deal to swap T4, and accepted it. But, it looks like Yamaha don't take any chanses and not produce for stock, only for incoming orders.
So the items they'll put together for me is probably not ready yet, or still on ♯♪♫♪♪♫ the slow boat from China ♯♪♫♪♪♫

First buyers should get a refund..or early rebate... It was overpriced from the start and left people hoping for a baby Genos at Namm that never happened .. Again they were disappointed .... Let's face it.

Not really, thats just todays market, where you pay more when you want to be the first to have a new product. I don’t think anyone was that Naive to not expect this price drop.

Definitely the best price...I’ve looked around....good guy too. Wish he had a payment plan.

Anybody still looking to buy Genos? Price is now very competitive. I’d love a Genos since I’m now primarily a home player.

My S970 sounds great but that keybed...🙁

Also I miss sliders etc on S970.

NAMM floor demos usually sell as b-stock (additional 10% off cost) or c-stock (additional 20% off cost)... have your local dealer call and check.

Finally, the Genos is getting more realistic! But Frank is the man by taking care of us. He had the best reasonable price if you called or messaged him!
