Oktober 2019
Maybe even May 2019

Yamaha changed their release cycle from 3 to 4 years.

again all just rumors about Yamaha , KORG, Ketron Roland or whatever..., just wait and see nothing appears as it should anymore with cycles, use to be's, etc, etc, .....when it happens everyone in the world will know or some weird ghost teaser trailer will surface first lol... It's funny to read just after a new model comes out that people are wondering whats coming next,.....there will always be a NEXT no matter what is introduced lol..
buy sell buy sell buy sell it's an endless cycle....
oh yeah did I say BUY and Sell?

OK...Let's speculate a little...do you think the 970 replacement will be almost as good or better than a T5 ??

Probably not until October or November of 2018 is my guess. We know it won't be better than a Genos or a Tyros 5 but it may indeed incorporate some of the features of the Genos and Tyros 5. Like 76 keys perhaps? Possibly a touchscreen? And at long last Super Articulation 2 voices?? If it includes all three of those things then expect the price to go up a notch or two.

All the best,

Mike
