Saturday night, I played a high energy cocktail hour before a big dance party, and they pointed to an area that had a very nice Yamaha grand piano. If it was a quiet thing, I might have been tempted to use the acoustic, but there were 2 problems I had with that ... 1) the piano was on a dolly, so it sat too high for my comfort (if I used the bench) 2) My vocal processor is built in the kb, and all my cables are pre-measured to fit neat, and tidy on the stand I carry, so ... I set up my (X) stand sitting just over the piano keys, and stood behind it. My Bose was to the side, and it filled a long room of 40-50 noisy guests just wonderfully.

Dave, some guys can and some guys can't. I understand, completely. Back then, I had to wear a tux all the time while performing at Delenote's Restaurant. It summer when that photo was shot, so I had to wear the white tux jacket and black slacks. I still have most of those performance clothes in my music closet - who knows, some may fit you. All the best, Gary
